Since we're currently running 3 roleplays that consist of fairly complicated plot lines and multiple characters with detailed backgrounds, it can get tough. BUT, I've found a way to make writing simpler. Wikis.
Obviously we're familiar with the Degrassi wiki, but I've also come across a Victorious and a Big Time Rush Wikipedia. We probably wont need the BTR one so much since we know the show very well, but it doesn't hurt to have one around when a name or event slips your mind.
Plus, you can gather really random information about characters and episodes. Sinjin Van Cleef's name came from World of Warcraft! Also, Robbie's name was originally going to be Lane, but they changed it and now the guidance councillor is Lane.... See how random that crap is?
